The Job itself is brilliant, but it is let down by the college and the educational aspects

I have learnt the meaning of being in a team, dealing with people and that a small issue can become massive if not dealt with appropriately

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Work is fine in terms of structure, college is poorly structured and lessons are often unpredictable lengths, with information shared regarding college being limited and last minute
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the company is brilliant in supporting us through the programme and dealing with grievances and issues

Support from education provider is minimal but is very helpful when we do get it
