Getting the actual experience, able to learn and develop, separate study day is given only to learn. Fully support provided in everyday tasks. Really enjoying the learning in relaxed and supportive environment
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it, there so many things to do in with Bank. I can literally take any experience I want from volunteering to leading anything.

I have assigned a separate mentor to help with my journey. There are many learning opportunities, soon we will be given a course to complete about pair programming, That will help me in developing my Java skills. Manager is relaxed and always make sure if I'm getting all the support I need. Also if I wanna take extra learning and experience outside of bank, they provide full support to go for it.
