Very busy, lots to so
How well organised was your experience?

Trainers were great but off sick a lot and disappeared completely near end. Not fault of workplace but did make work harder.

A bit tough due to previous issue, but enjoying the actual work process and I get along will with my colleagues and managers.

Why?
I would recommend it as I think the team here is good and we all help each other out very well. But I would warn them that the training can be quite tough and the rules can be very strict.

Make lots of friends, ask lots of questions and be ready to learn lots.
