The Majority of my roll is to take phone calls from the general public and to complete casework.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the program informative and was given a day a week to focus on my apprenticeship which was helpful.

I feel that I was able to develop my customer service skills further and gained useful English and Maths skills.

We were given a day per week away from our normal working routine to concentrate on our apprenticeships which was quite helpful.

I feel that the course covered a lot of useful information and it is good that I was able to gain a new qualification once the course was completed.
