I really enjoy my role. I get to make decisions about how I complete my work and have a very supportive Line manager and team.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved completing my Level 5 Apprenticeship. DWP invested time and money for me to develop my skills and learning. I was given time out of my job and supported fully to complete the programme with distinction.

It's a really good employer you get a lot of training and learning opportunities and the teams are very supportive. There's also a lot of flexibility in your work.
