I lead criminal investigations into money laundering and consider confiscation, work with other colleagues and stakeholders, attending training and my Apprenticeship
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my Programme - I love learning new things and as time has gone by, I have become more confident and knowledgeable.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have built up my problem solving skills, partnership working, communication skills which root from my previous policing role and Law degree. I have learnt new MS Excel skills.

Very organised and structured, flows very nicely.

The support is phenomenal. I have struggled recently and I was speechless because I got a lot of support.

I think my qualification sets me up perfectly to perform well in my role. It all fits well together.

Very supportive organisation and takes your goals and achievements and development very seriously.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Department for Work and Pensions?
I was completely myself when I applied for my role and wrote my Personal Statement oozing with positivity and enthusiasm. Also interview preparation, I kept this very light as I did not want to sound rehearsed. I was also my self here.
