Have been employed for 15 years and met lots of amazing people, as well as having a good work life balance.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Working across multiple networks to deliver improvements, evaluating and analysing learning packages as well as creating new content to support front-line colleagues

How is the support you receive?

I have generally had supportive line managers and worked well with mentors over the years - I currently have a cross government mentor and this is going well.
How is your work-life balance?

No concerns, have enough annual leave and no current requirement to work overtime or weekends.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Good within my own team though in general there have been issues with the roll out of change and hybrid working in the department.
