Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

in the mornings i wake up around 6:15AM and get ready to get picked up by my mentors at 6:50AM. when i get to work we unload what tools we need from the van and then start the job. at 10:00AM we stop to have a tea break for 15 minutes and then get back to work until 1:00PM where we stop for lunch for another 15 minutes. we normally get finished around 3:00PM so we pack the tools away back in the van and head off home.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i am enjoying my programme a lot because i’ve wanted to do this for ages.

yes i have learnt a lot on site either how to do stuff or how to do things quicker and more efficient

it is very well structured because of how the training plan is set up
