A site carpenter Review

I personally really enjoy my roll at lj construction as an apprentice its great to be taught and shown new things everyday by people with years of experience. In my day your never doing the same stuff that so some days better than others but i enjoy doing different things all the time so you cant get bored.

Id say its very well organised they had training facilities for us you get used to things so there confident we would be safe on site but many other companies dont have such great facilities. Sorted a hotel for many other apprentices started at the same time as me food all paid for which would cost a lot so it shows how willing lj construction are to take on young apprentices and help delelop them which also shows there organised as all information any questions we had were answered before hand everything was sorted for us which shows the real organisation behind this programme.

Very good ,any problems with anyone anything you can speak to your training provider hes a nice lad and is willing to lisen to your problems.

There always pushing me to complete and be able to do new things as the quicker i do it all the quicker i complete the apprenticeship.

It helps as were learning new things everyday even on days were we have our every fortnight zoom lesson we are still learning.

Its a great company to be apart of and is only getting better with great training facilities for apprentices. If you show your keen and willing to work hard they take many risk of taking on many apprentices which is good for the upcoming generation. They also support there employees if theres any problems you ask them and they sort it for you its as if the company is one big family .
