Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
it's been interesting learning about different forms of communication, questioning, leadership styles, etc.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I think i have improved my communication skills during the course and learnt more about questioning techniques and such, which aids my work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
i've lost count of the amount of coaches i've had during the course. Not ideal as i have social anxiety and have to get used to someone else and then when i do finally feel comfortable, they change again.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I'm given a full day each week to work on my apprenticeship and am given the flexibility to choose how i split these hours amongst my work hours. I also receive help from my team leader when required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I find it difficult to ask for additional help and such due to social anxiety and the coaches constantly changing, but it is no reflection on the coaches themselves. They have all done their best to help me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Some things are really useful, like questioning techniques, but a lot feels irrelevant to the job role really and more suited to store work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
there are lots of events held but i do not attend due to anxiety
