get to site for 7:30 and work until 3-4 in that time i am a first fix chippy doing joisting roofing and first fixing my mentor teaches me efficient and fast way which help me progress well through the industry for when i become a sub contractor my skills will be good enough for me to have a good career as a site chippy

LJ is very well structured as you have your day to day mentor , our contracts manager , apprenticeship head leader and directors who take a lot of interest in the apprentices and seeing us succeed

LJ is very supportive as you have your day to day mentor who helps you become a good chippy to better you future career .There is also a head person in charge of apprentices who gives advice and helps push up further to reach our goals . Contract managers also help push up to improve and make goals for ourselves for us to achieve and pus towards them .Also the directors have been very supportive of us apprentices giving us everything we need to succeed in our apprenticeship.

all the support we need we have with LJ they push for us to reach our goals so we can become qualified and get out there on our own to build our own future

it keeps everything easy as we haven’t got to go to college we have our own triangle company so we can do it online which make me follow easier and we have people to make sure we understand so we learn better so when time comes to get our qualifications the skill from on the job and off the job lessons will help us achieve that

because they not like normal apprenticeships they throw us straight into the deep end so we can learn quick and actually get on the tools and get to work which has benefited me a lot as i enjoy being on the tools so my morale for work is always high
