My role involves communicating with the clients that our company, Computacenter is contracted with. Supporting their IT demands and issues that appear in day-to-day work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot, the role is exciting and challenging.

The programme is structured well around my job role, the coursework / learning material is well suited and compliments it well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There's endless support from my employer for my apprenticeship, dedicated people to assist in my programme as well as the team I'm involved in.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There's a lot of support here too, I've never felt like I'm left to figure things out on my own and my course leader is always reachable for me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The learning material is very focused on the role that I'm performing, so there isn't much irrelevant content.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There isn't much outside of the role and the relevant material, however there is an emphasis on LinkedIn connections and promoting professional networking.

Computacenter provides a good working condition and the work is kept interesting. It provides a fantastic opportunity to develop into roles.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
Work hard and focus. The entry level roles are given support without a huge barrier to entry so anybody can fit in.
