My role involved providing technical support to users
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme highly, its something I have always wanted to do. The process at computacenter was very easy and enjoyable giving me a good kickstart to my career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have seen a significant increase in my soft skills since starting at computacenter including socialising more with co workers and networking as well as technical skills via training in my role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well, I have one day a week for study and 4 days working this gives me time to do course work when needed as well as improving my technical knowledge.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer including consistent one to ones with the apprenticeship team as well as with my manager ensuring they always provide support in my role or with anything on the learning side.

Because of the simple and easy process that welcomed me into the business including an induction week at their head office giving a wide range of knowledge of what the business does and the consistent support during the apprenticeship.

Make sure you communicate with the apprenticeship team when needed, they are there to help and always happy to provide support.
