Given a variety projects to complete that were placement specific. This included a presentation to stakeholders to improve the business.
Also had various tasks to complete as part of the internship. Had weekly milestones to complete for personal development. Had access to learning resources to upskill ourselves. Completed a team ERG project, specific to one of the ERG chariites, which was presented to stakeholders at the end of the internship. Also attended various development workshops.

Had weekly meetings with placement manager to catch up on work done and plans for current week. Had fortnightly catch ups with additional manager who gives support and guidance. Also given a weekly catch up with mentor. Made aware of all support options at the start of the internship

Opportunity to be involved with ERG groups, optional paid volunteering day, several intern socials both online and in person

Enjoyed working with team and meeting other wider teams. Everyone was helpful no matter their level of management. Given meaningful work that was interesting and enjoyable. If I had the opportunity to go back to the specific placement, I would go back
