Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is primarily graphic design, with some video editing and motion design as well. The projects I work on can include logo and email designs, template and video creation. I regularly interact with project stakeholders and my manager to get feedback and direction.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I've now finished my Apprenticeship programme. During my course I found that the learning and job role often didn't link up as the modules were quite broad. I enjoyed the classroom sessions and the lecturers on my course, but the one to one training with my development coach felt disorganised and rushed.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed my skills in Adobe InDesign and After Effects, learned tools including Creatopy and Knack, and also gained confidence in pitching and presenting my work to others.

My manager has been very supportive with giving me time to focus on my Apprenticeship, particularly around my portfolio submission and EPA.

While my course gave me wider knowledge of digital marketing, a focus on technical skills/portfolio reviews would have been more helpful for everyday content creation.
