Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

50% pa and 50% operations. In the PA role I have learnt how to co-ordinate calendars, rearrange/ book meetings internally and externally, arrange travel, sort expenses, send professionals emails internally and externally. In the operations role I have raised purchase orders, worked on collaborations on new software and chased up expiring agreements by emailing managers etc. I have learnt what a signed agreement should look like and what it should contain- finding terms, notices etc. I have also maintained a student tracker by finding missing information through recruitment reports, purchase orders, agreements and contacting line managers. I have also started getting involved with some comms.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the variation in my role however only started the learning part of my apprenticeship this month and wish this started sooner.

Fairly well- started end of Jan so still uncertain. Seems well organised so far

I have regular meetings with my skills coach and have a platform to instant message them.
