My role as an apprentice for the first year is fully college based in this we do some engineering work in the classroom with maths and physics and we also have time in the workshop doing maintenance and assemble and eltrical wiring
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it because it’s a good mix of in class learning and also learning how to do the stuff in a real life scenario.

I have a learn a lot new skills on the practical side learning a lot of stuff I never do before.

It’s very good with every 3 months changing our classes means we don’t get tired of just the same stuff over and over again

Yes
Why?
Because it’s a very good apprenticeship with a big company that during college teaches you a lot of cool things you never knew giving you skills for life and onsite will train you more.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lockheed Martin?
Make sure to hit all deadlines with you college work or else it all starts to stack up and there is so much to catch up on.
