Why?
It is a company where they invest so much in you! You do not have to feel like an imposter or outsider, they welcome, develop, teach and support you on your journey! I have built so many amazing relationships with mentors and managers across the business, it truly feels like I have been working here forever!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lockheed Martin?
Be open and honest on your application, they are looking for a good personality and a passion to learn! You have to work hard, but they support you every step of the way!
