We go to College every day where we work in the classroom or the workshop depending on our timetable.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot, I prefer going to college much more than school or going to a university, as not only is the work that I’m doing I like but also the different work lifestyle

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I feel like my practicals skills have greatly improved since joining the college as working in the workshop allows me to get lots of practice as well as the lecturers who teach and show me different techniques and how to use tools

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel like the programme is very well organised with the ability to get lots of support from my company and tell but also the lecturers who are often willing to give you extra help if you need it
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I’m able to access Constant support from my employers that allow me work at the best of my abilities

I definitely feel that the qualifications that I’m getting will vastly improve my performance in my role as I feel that I’m a lot more confident in my skills and knowledge because of it

Gives great prospects and opportunities to whoever gets the apprentice as it provides you with experience as well as the qualifications making you far more skilled in your job than someone who went to uni

Make sure that you are focused and aware of deadlines and stick to them and have good time keeping
