Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I’ve had great support from my line manager and my university. They’ve helped me find opportunities that fit my KSBs and pushed me to learn new skills I’ll use long term. The regular check-ins, honest feedback, and access to the right projects and resources have made a real difference. I can see my confidence and capability growing.

5/5
I receive continuous support from my line manager through regular check-ins, clear guidance, and encouragement to grow. 5/5
I receive plenty of support from my university coach, with regular check-ins to confirm I’m on track and up to date with my off‑the‑job hours. These sessions help me review progress, align my learning plan with KSBs, and resolve any issues early, so my coursework and practical experience stay balanced and compliant with programme requirements.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
