Some periods are not as busy which I do not enjoy, but when I am busy the job is fulfilling and engaging.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have an apprenticeship team and support from our line managers. At times the apprenticeship support team can be difficult to connect with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is very supportive and eager for me to develop.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

All learning is online and we have seminars roughly every 2-4 weeks. Lecturers are relatively responsive via email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We have employee resource groups which you can get involved in and attend social events with. We also have great gym facilities which we can access for free, included in this is a range of gym classes.
