How well organised/structured is your programme?

The work is excellent - the university side however is a bit of a struggle. The course is quite difficult and finding time to do it all is extremely hard.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Colleagues and other apprentices are really supportive of my overall development and also help with University when they can.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not much - there is a forum and weekly hour long lectures so that is the only face time we have with them.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are some scenarios that have helped with work definitely, as the Uni becomes more technical I'm sure there will be a lot more that can apply to my day to day.
