Supporting manufacturing systems that the company used to make medicines, providing technical support as well as being involved in digital projects that will improve efficiency in technology and remove paper.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The Programme is useful for developing knowledge and advancing my skills in communication as well as technical knowledge. It will allow you to understand how projects get carried out and the importance of testing to meet customer needs.

The programme itself has a process of deadlines and specific time frames however you choose what work/projects would best take up that time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support that I have received during my apprenticeship is great, I have been able to take my own steps thanks to the navigation and understanding from my manager of what needs to happen.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provided will have regular catch ups to ensure you're on track and receive full support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot of the qualification is IT related as well as completing projects, this will apply to me more in the future as I will be on more IT improvement projects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are social events regularly that have been organised, that apprentices will be able to go to and enjoy.
