I work in the Particle Engineering Team and the apprenticeship is directed towards crystallisation kinetics. This involves working with other teams across various drug projects aiming to improve crystallisation processes.

lecturers respond quickly to emails and there are many resources to get help with coursework, exams etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of the chemistry knowledge from the degree does carry over to the work I do in the labs

Yes, lots of social events are organised after work, there's night outs, sports, volunteering events, STEM outreach events etc.
