I work in the Particle Engineering Team and the apprenticeship is directed towards crystallisation kinetics. This involves working with other teams across various drug projects aiming to improve crystallisation processes.

Being surrounded by many talented scientists in the industry makes for an environment that is easy to learn in and everyone appreciates that I am in the very early stages of my career and so are willing to answer any questions I have.
