I help keep my team organised and ensure operations run smoothly. I do this by managing diaries, arranging meetings and events, taking minutes and document control etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am constantly gaming hand on experience and working with professionals throughout the business. During my apprenticeship I have been given various opportunities to widen my knowledge and gain experience which I thoroughly enjoy. The support networks here at Sellafield are extremely helpful and I have never felt alone in my struggles.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my time here I have been placed in various departments where each placement has allowed me to develop various skills and knowledge. For example my current placement has developed my communication skills as I am constantly working along side new people every day

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have many mentors and management that are constantly checking in on us and ensure we know what we are doing and ensure we meet our academic and apprenticeship goals and objectives
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have weekly 1-1 meetings with my management and monthly meetings with my college tutor. They are very approachable and I feel I can go to them about both personal and workplace struggles.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have regular check ins and we do regular reviews of my KSBs. We also have on track meetings to ensure I am on track towards my goals and objectives
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am constantly gaining KSBs which is encouraged through my training provider
