Overall, how would you describe your experience at Manchester Airport Group?
Really supportive good culture and team, interesting work and lots of opportunity for growth and exposure to all parts of the business.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
On my data analyst rotation I was responsible for assisting with the management of a project, working on that project by designing and creating dashboards, defining and creating metrics, locating data, validating data, ingesting data and communicating with stakeholders. I enjoyed the design work and dashboard build the most. In my developer rotation I am responsible for ingesting data from source and building pipelines to allow for the daily automated ingest of that data and investigating data load issues.

Building relationships is highly valued at this company so demonstrating a strong ability to communicate well, be interesting and interested, genuine and easy to connect to will go a long way in the interview. You will be working with the people hiring you every day so it is important they see you as someone that will get along with the team and the culture.
