As a NfP audit associate I get to work on a range of jobs not only NfP but commercial jobs as well, which is nice because I get to experience different sectors within audit. Everyday brings new learning opportunities and challenges but I have had a lot of support. Although, I'm not that far into my role yet so my experience is very limited
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
In some ways going from sixth form to work has been easy in other ways it has been difficult however I enjoy learning and even though the its been hard I've been able to learn a lot and work with a range of people. I also have really great colleagues which makes made the transition easier

5/5
I have a skills and development coach who I speak with about once every 2 months. I speak with her about all things apprentice related
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification is directly applicable to my role, many I things I learn at college are necessary for my day-to-day work. For example, who regulates accounting companies and how to interpret financial statements
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are team days, socials, societies, volunteering opportunities and even a run club. So yh, there is a lot to get up to.
