In my role as an apprentice bus driver, I am learning how to safely operate a bus while providing good customer service. Each day involves carrying out safety checks on the vehicle, following assigned routes, and helping passengers with any questions they have. I focus on driving safely, keeping to the timetable, and making sure passengers have a positive experience. I also communicate with supervisors, complete training tasks, and continue building my skills as I work towards my PCV licence. Overall, my role involves being professional, responsible, and committed to learning throughout the apprenticeship.
