Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The apprenticeship with GoAhead has been great, firstly they help you to learn to drive a bus. They start you off in the school to get the therory part then they take you to your test. They are very supportive and they ensure you succeed with the apprenticeship. You also do drive as well as learn so you are able to learn and earn at the same time. Daily you will drive a bus in service and do learning of some days in the month.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programe has been very enjoyable and i have been able to reach my full potencial here.

I am able to drive a bus, i have better communication skills and better customer service.

The structure is very well planned and easy to follow. They also help accommodate your needs of its possible

They are very supportive when you ask them for help.

They help as much as you need, i didnt need so much but they made sure i was on task and on time and helped me get there

I am able to do the job better and enjoy it more. My skills have been developed more and i am more confident in my job now

There are some things outside of work but i do not currently participate

They are so helpful when you need it, they pay you while you work and the people and community here is very nice.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Go-Ahead London?
Its not going to be easy but its as hard as you make it. They help you along the way just make sure you follow what they say and you will be helped through
