My programme is organised well. The training is planned out clearly, and I always know what I need to work on next. The practical driving sessions and classroom learning are structured in a way that makes it easy to build skills step by step. Communication from trainers is good, and I feel supported throughout each stage of the programme.

I receive good support from my employer. They provide guidance during training, answer any questions I have, and make sure I understand each stage of the programme. The trainers and supervisors are approachable, and I feel I can ask for help whenever I need it. Overall, the support helps me progress confidently through my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
At the moment, there aren’t many formal extra‑curricular activities at my workplace, such as social events, sports teams, or networking groups. However, there are opportunities to get to know colleagues during breaks and through day‑to‑day teamwork. If more activities were offered, I would be interested in getting involved.
