Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role would include reviewing and adjusting claims, mainly within the property class of business. a day to day would include reviewing my workflow and making sure to set up any new claims that have come into our general inbox that need to be set up in our internal systems. as well as this i would also have the responsibility to settle claims once a final payment has been agreed on, this would involve reviewing reports, proof of losses and debit notes to understand that we cover what has had a claim in order for us to make a settlement to the insured.
