I worked as a claims apprentice on a variety of classes of business. My day to day would consist of analysing reports, maintaining relationships with external brokers, setting up new losses and keeping accurate reserves on file.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I was provided great support from within the company and a s part of the apprenticeship throughout the programme. I was part of a great sociable team that were always willing to provide support.
