Every day is very different and I learnt something new everyday.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am plodding with my apprenticeship as my tutor has been changed 3 times in 10 months and if i email anyone from lift it takes days sometimes several to get a reply.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have self taught a lot of new things for the apprenticeship independently.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Poor - no structure as to what topic covering when, what assignments being given when and dead lines. I cannot upload more files on certificates, the wrong assignment temples on the google drive are different to what they show on the workshops.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have not been given the 6 hours a week needed that they agreed they would.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Feels like this is a long time away, as looking at all work on google drive a lot have not even been covered yet .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At the moment it does not help me just causing stress.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

2 a year, there is normally a Christmas and end of summer social event arranged.

The Academy is fantastic and helping staff develop and support and will finance a lot of this.
