I have learnt so many new things on my apprenticeship, so many new skills I have not only learnt but I have worked on and improved on. A big skill that I have improved on this apprenticeship is my communication skills, and my confidence. Whilst working in the office I have built my confidence massively as I have to speak with parents, other members of staff and students.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The staff members make sure I always have somewhere to go and something to do and is busy when necessary. I get enough time allocated in my day to do my own personal apprenticeship work. It is a good balance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is amazing.
She is so supportive and helpful, if I am ever struggling with my coursework she will ensure to help me.
If I am struggling with any work I am getting given she will ensure I am happy with the workload.
