Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We were around our peers, getting talks about the industry and the firm. getting an insight into what they do, the firms culture. networking daily.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Really insightful, it allowed me to narrow down what i would be most interested in. Hearing about aviation law really enticed me, knowing that clydes is a leading firm in the world was even more impressive and more motivating to apply to this firm.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
My public speaking and networking skills improved, being put in situations where i had access to a plethora of employees at a firm, such as partners, trainees ect, made everyone accessible and a safe environment to ask questions and learn more about the firm and the sector.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very comfortable, unlike other firms. Clydes work life balance was very admirable, allowing a social life balance with the competitive work life

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I had learnt alot about the firm and what i want to do in my future. the insight week was extremely enjoyable as i met friends which i shared future aspirations with.
