Overall, how would you describe your experience at Hymans Robertson?
Very positive. Senior members of the team always willing to help and answer questions. New joiners are trusted with meaningful work early on which quickly builds skills. Feedback is regularly provided and useful.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Mixed role - half of my time is spent with the technical team and the other with client teams. The varied work keeps things interesting and provides a broad base of skills. Tasks include calculating transfer values and preparing papers.

Hymans is a welcoming company. There are numerous social events as mentioned that helps you integrate into the team.
Remote working is allowed (max. 3 days a week) but it is encouraged that new joiners are in the office as much as possible for the first year.
