Overall, how would you describe your experience at Volkswagen Group UK?
My experience has been positive and rewarding, throughout getting to try multiple different roles it has helped me grow different skillsets and work out what kind of role I want to go into after the scheme. It's a great environment and there is a lot of support available to help you grow.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
In my first role as a Performance Executive I was responsible for reporting on key metrics, I was able to boost my skills in Excel and PowerBI as well as my analytical skills. I had real responsibility as many members of the brand relied on my reports on a daily basis.
In my second and current role as a Digital Content Executive I get to support different areas across the Digital team, from supporting product launches to CRO & analytics. I can see projects through from development to going live on the site which feels very tangible and rewarding. I also lead on comms projects which I really enjoy.
