Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Volkswagen Group UK?
Very good, group colleagues were welcoming from the onset and there are ample development opportunities within the scheme.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role within the Sales graduate stream involves sales operations, analytics and some marketing. I enjoy the variation in day-to-day work the most, along with the autonomy I am given within the role.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Predominantly, I provide operational support to the field sales team, and feel that my contributions are valued and fed back regularly.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The benefits are good, namely the employee car scheme results in savings as I no longer need my own car.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

This is where VWG are very strong - I have regular catch-ups with my manager and HR, as well as having been assigned a mentor from another part of the business in my first week.
