Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I Input different purchases and orders onto the official systems and software in order for people to clearly be able to see how much each department is spending and that will impact their future budget.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my Programme as I get to study and work at the same time. I also have really helpful colleagues that have supported me throughout.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've improved a lot of pre-existing skills such as attention to detail and communication. I've also gained a lot of knowledge specifically about Accounting and how Oasis is able to function as both a business and an Academy trust
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is quite well structured as I have specific time in order to study go to classes and take exams. We also have catch up meeting every Monday and Wednesday which helps a lot.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I've received a lot of support and colleagues are always open to giving me more if I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So far there has not been too much overlap but I can see how it will help me in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are some activities like Christmas meet ups but I haven't attended any yet.

Friendly and helpful collegeus and also the chance to work with children and have an impact on their lives.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Oasis Community Learning?
In the interview communication and listening skills are key as that it what they said chose them to hire me.
