Overall, how would you describe your experience at L'Oreal?
The Marketing Graduate Scheme at L'Oreal is a fast-paced and excellent opportunity to get a broad perspective of the functions within the company across 3 rotations in different divisions.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage a marketing team to ensure a smooth process. Collaborating with the various functions within a brand in preparation for a campaign or new product launch distribution.
