Managing archiving process for Quality Assurance department. Implementing 5S LEAN into department. Supporting team functions across business processes.

So far, as much as is feasible considering AstraZeneca's stringent training and development SABA programme.

A lot - my entire team were always available to assist and answer queries that I have, as well as offering me further opportunity to gain more insight into the business. Employees outside of my department are very happy to meet with me to answer my next-steps-associated questions.
