Day to day i am often based at Oasis Academy south bank where i provide tech support to students and staff members, supporting with things such as iPad issues, Laptop issues, projector issues and support with desktops

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

One of the many new skills I have developed from my Apprenticeship is trouble shooting Laptops, as I had barely worked with t hem before but now can confidently trouble shoot and fix a plethora of issues a laptop may face.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My Apprenticeship is incredibly well structured with time mapped out with certain work days fully dedicated to work and others dedicated to Apprenticeship course work, my Apprenticeship provider is QA and there program is incredibly detailed and structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my Employer, i am always free to ask questions and I am never made to feel bad for not under standing something or making mistakes.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am provided with excellent support from my training provider and am always given extra resources for topics that i have asked questions about or am struggling with.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot of what I have learnt has aided me in giving me back ground context to what I am doing at work or has helped me understand why certain things are done at work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are a lot of Social events like there is an upcoming ice skating trip and there was bowling when I first joined as well as a lot of conferences
