Overall, how would you describe your experience at Latham & Watkins?

My experience has been positive on the whole. I've had the opportunity to work on high-quality, market-leading matters and learn from supportive colleagues across a range of practice areas.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

The role involves supporting transactions through due diligence, drafting and reviewing documents, managing signing and closing processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. I particularly enjoy the variety of work and the opportunity to contribute directly to client matters.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
