As Operations Manager at the school, I am responsible for overseeing a wide range of critical functions that ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. My role includes managing data systems, handling student admissions, and coordinating general administrative processes. I also lead on finance management, health and safety compliance, and HR recruitment to maintain a safe and well-staffed environment. Additionally, I support marketing initiatives to promote the school’s vision and values, while ensuring all operational areas align with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

During my Project Manager apprenticeship, I developed a wide range of skills essential for leading and delivering successful projects. I gained expertise in project planning and scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams. I learned to apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, use tools for tracking progress and budgets, and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines. Additionally, I strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, enabling me to drive projects from initiation to completion while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
