Overall, how would you describe your experience at Oasis Community Learning?
Fantastic, very interesting day to day. Everyday I learn new skills and I am exposed to new experiences that help link my apprenticeship learning to my hands on role.

Strategic HR, supporting schools with people function and ensuring staff are supported.
