Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

On a day to day basis I attend internal and external meeting, some with clients and C-suite members. I update slides and do excel work, I learned a lot about the finance function and tech enabled transformation- Had multiple opportunities to attend trainings and informativce sessions.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I was- although i was thoroughly supported, i had opportunities to produce documents used in client meetings and internal meeting and felt i genuinely made an impact

I felt thoroughly supported as we had career coaches as well as buddies. I also felt supported within my team and felt that i always had a point of contact
