Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
As a second-year graduate on the Building Surveying scheme at CBRE, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive and I'm genuinely enjoying my time here. The opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from dilapidations to contract admin has provided a well-rounded understanding of the field and allowed me to develop a broad skillset. The supportive team environment is a particular highlight; I've been fortunate to collaborate with incredibly talented and like-minded colleagues who are always willing to share their expertise and provide guidance, which has been invaluable for my professional development. This collaborative atmosphere makes coming to work each day enjoyable and fosters a strong sense of camaraderie. Furthermore, the training and development opportunities provided by CBRE, including APC preparation sessions and mentorship from experienced professionals, have been instrumental in my growth and progression within the scheme. I'm especially excited about the prospect of sitting my APC and I'm eager to continue my career journey at CBRE, further developing my skills and contributing to the success of the team.
