Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
The overall experience was excellent. Very good culture and environment to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I had multiple roles
Roadside & Automotive - in this team I supported with transactional and advisory services. I enjoyed supporting with transactions and seeing them through the whole process. I had plenty of support whilst also being encouraged to use my initiative.
Industrial & Logistics - This was majoratively leasing answering calls and supporting clients lease industrial units around London. I was also given opportunities to present to clients as well as lead on some instructions.
From both I really enjoyed being given additional responsibility when I asked for it and opportunities to prove myself to peers and clients.

Why?
The office had a brilliant supportive culture and everyone was very approachable and would take the time to help if they could, no matter how senior. There is also a place for anyone with it being such a large company supporting many different skillsets and personalities. I also enjoyed getting involved in the various networks and sports clubs within the company as it was a great way to network and see people in a different context to work.
