Overall, how would you describe your experience at Hays?
Really positive experience, on boarding was very simple.
The training provided is really good, it really helps you getting started.
The actual role is as describe and is a busy role.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Recruit IT contractors.
Account managers in my team provide my with jobs, and it's my responsibility to support them, by finding top talent to fill the roles with.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

There's also loads of extra training provided which would help someone advance in recruitment.

Hays training programme is solid.
The mandatory training is excellent and they offer additional support and training for any development needed.

Very good company culture, within the office the social environment is brilliant.
The out of hours social activities could be more frequent.

There's standard working hours at Hays, with work from home options.
Managers/Directors are also very flexible with time off allowance.
