Great, I enjoy working with the people and the community in my team is great! There is opportunities to learn and grow, and it is as challenging as you want your role to be!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
- Present team updates and demo work to Directors and Stakeholders on a biweekly basis.
- Manage Jira Align and help remove any blockers that our team was facing, this included talking to stakeholders and managing any dependencies across other teams.

- Organised releases and allocated stories into a release cycle based on stakeholder asks and deadlines.
- Managed the release process ensuring that it was well documented in CRs, and that we were following release protocols.
- Overlooked the testing process, and held biweekly testing syncs to make sure that we had resources needed, to clarify any testing criteria, and to raise any bugs.
- Engaged with User Experience data to implement little changes that could help users find what they were looking for with ease. This included looking at the data for user satisfaction, user completion rate, and what their pain points were when coming onto the site.
